Role 1: Lead Framing Carpenter / Superintendent Type: Full-Time | Location: Helena & Surrounding Areas Overview: Looking for an experienced framer and job-site lead capable of managing active builds, reading engineered blue prints, overseeing sub-trades, and maintaining strict quality standards from foundation to dry-in. Requirements: 5+ years framing experience, reliable transportation, leadership mindset, and high attention to detail.
Role 2: Finish Carpenter & Trim Specialist Type: Full-Time | Location: Helena, MT Overview: Seeking a meticulous finish carpenter skilled in custom cabinetry installation, interior trim, door hang, stair builds, and architectural millwork. Requirements: 3+ years finish carpentry experience, precision mindset, and pride in clean job-site execution.
Role 3: Construction Project Manager / Estimator Type: Full-Time | Location: Helena Office & Field Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented PM to oversee pre-construction budgeting, material sourcing, client communications, and subcontractor scheduling across multiple residential projects. Requirements: Background in GCCM environments, familiarity with drafting/3D design workflows, and strong written/verbal communication skills.
